Michael is the transactional execution power of P&B Chambers. He directs the M&A and Banking & Finance practices, driving acquisitions and capital markets with surgical precision.

His anti-traditional focus is centered on infallible structuring and deal-making, guaranteeing that our clients' capital is shielded. He is responsible for ensuring the firm's strategy of power translates into tangible financial results.
